Refund and Return Policy
At Bath Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the item is unopened and in its original condition.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items, or items that have been altered in any way. If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bathlabel.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that they meet the conditions of our return policy, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
